My recent stay at Ritan was quite the culinary experience! As an environmental scientist from Auckland, I appreciate the balance of indulgence and sustainability, and I was eager to explore the hotel's culinary offerings. Breakfast at the on-site restaurant set the tone for a delightful day. I particularly enjoyed the fresh local produce showcasing the region's rich marine life. The ambiance was relaxing, perfect for savoring every bite. Later, I decided to dine at Xian Ying Xi Restaurant, where I sampled authentic Russian cuisine. I recalled my travels through the South Pacific and the challenges I often face in trying new dishes. This time, I embraced the adventure. Dishes were well-presented and reflected a thoughtfulness towards flavor combinations that I found intriguing. In the evening, I found myself at the bar, Xiao Diao Li Tang. It was a perfect spot for mingling with fellow travelers over a glass of local wine, which complimented my meal nicely. Ritan beautifully marries comfort with culinary artistry, making it a must-visit for anyone keen on a gourmet getaway. I can wholeheartedly recommend this stop for all food enthusiasts aiming for a unique culinary journey.
